The buyer, Texor AB, was established 1967 by Alfa Laval for the production of signs and other plate details. The business was developed towards cutting processing within electro polished stainless steel. In 1988 the company was sold to SORB Industry AB, owned by Mr. Carl Bennet.

Today the turnover of Texor is just over 100 MSEK and has just over 55 employees within cutting processing, welding, grinding and assembly.

Texor is since 15 years the major supplier to GE Healthcare within production of chromatography columns that are used within the Pharmaceutical industry for biological technology production of pharmaceuticals.

To Texor’s customer list can be online casino svenska added, apart from GE Healthcare, Millipore, Alfa Laval, Tetra Pak and Tour Andersson.

The coming years will become very exciting for all of us. With the sales to Texor, we have together created a strong and competitive business that gives us a unique possibility to offer our common customers unique design competence as well as production of complete systems within the chromatography area and so called skids within the Life Science and Food industry. I am certain that this creates good development opportunities within both production units and the personnel at Zetterströms and Texor look forward to meet both former as well as new customers.
